Complete all ASP.NET development as assigned by the direct manager. Work with a financial institution through all phases of development projects in alignment with strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the planning, design, implementation, testing, and support of ASP.NET development projects.
- Evaluate, recommend and develop software systems, processes and products to meet business needs.
- Conduct product research.
- Provide software support by installing new software, integrating diverse software systems, evaluating new products.
- Utilize and maintain existing change control systems; more specifically Team Foundation Server.
- Perform maintenance and administration of all ASP.NET databases.
- Maintain inter- and intradepartmental workflow by providing information to and cooperating with co-workers.
- Maintain operations by staying informed of and following policies and procedures; report needed changes.
- Enhance job performance by applying up-to-date professional and technical knowledge gained by attending training sessions, reviewing professional publications, and maintaining professional relationships.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Experience in ASP.NET technologies - Web Forms, MVC, Entity Framework, JQuery, and CSS.
- Experience using the following Microsoft development tools - Visual Studio, MS SQL, and Team Foundation Server.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image when giving and taking information in writing, in person, and over the phone.
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and organization skills.
- Possess a work ethic that includes neatness, punctuality, and accuracy.
- Exhibit a professional, businesslike appearance and demeanor; this is a FINANCIAL Institute where all things are regulated and visible and there is a lot of personal visibility.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/CS degree, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum two to four years experience in planning, design, development, implementation and support of software systems.
- Must be bondable.

Seeking someone to be responsible for the planning, design, implementation, testing and support of ASP.NET development projects. Our projects range from web service development and integration to site design and creation. We are a small team, offering significant opportunities to learn new technologies and work on a diverse set of projects.

Recent hands-on experience with the following:
- C# or VB.NET
- Web Forms or MVC
- Visual Studio
- MS SQL or Oracle
- BS/CS degree or equivalent, related experience

Preferred
- Experience using the following:
- Entity Framework
- JQuery
- Web Services (JSON, REST)
- Mobile Web/Application Development
- Application Lifecycle Management
- Team Foundation Server
- Unit Testing
