This position will support N-Seal product development and implementation of new technologies with a focus on:
* Maintains a safe working environment, recognizes safety concerns, and openly addresses issues with the team
* Assembly/disassembly, pre/post-test measurements, audit manufactured parts, piping and instrumentation of support equipment, logging test data, and general support for test projects
* Support development of products and components from the concept stage, through design and final fabrication, to address defined equipment needs
* Supports testing and qualification of products, components and technologies for prototype, pilot and product release
* Work hands on with lab personnel daily, and with Hot Shop, field service group, and turn-key services as needed
* Support design reviews and act as a team member on product development projects during gate reviews
* Maintains a culture of continuous improvement and able to handle change in direction to support project goals
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
* 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing shop or test lab environment
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
* Knowledge reading engineering prints: details and schematics
* Fabrication ability a plus
* Machine shop skills desired
* Communicates well with team members at all levels of the organization
* Familiarity with Data Acquisition Systems and instrumentation a plus
* Knowledge of Microsoft office suite software (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.) a plus
