National Account Manager
This multinational, tier 1 organisation is an international market leader in the production and supply of stationary products. With a long standing history both in Europe and Australia as an iconic supplier of top quality products, they are currently looking to add a National Key Account Manager to manage the relationship with one of their key retail accounts. This individual will report directly into the Sales Director and will be tasked with driving the profitability of the specified account.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the profitability within the key retail account.
- Develop and drive the relationship with the key retail account.
- Prepare monthly analysis of consumption data for all accounts, across the key categories to maintain an accurate and up to date knowledge of trading trends.
- Analyse reports on customer activity and identify opportunities for growth, non spending accounts and work hard to over achieve monthly targets and compliance.
- Maintain an exceptional understanding of products and market trends.
Key requirements:
- Preferrably degree qualified.
- Understanding of the office supply/stationary industry.
- Two to three years experience in a National Account position.
- Dynamic, positive personality.
- Excellent relationship builder with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders.
