Job Description

This National Account Management role's key focus is to drive profit and sales growth from their mass market retail account portfolio Big W, K-Mart, and Target. This role reports into the National Sales Manager and will be responsible for developing and executing the business plans for each of the key accounts managing the trade spend, promotional activities, and new product launches. It is a great opportunity for the right person to make a big impact in this key role.

The Successful Applicant

You will need to have worked at Key Account Management / National Account Management level for a minimum of 2 - 3 years within Consumer Durables ideally working with branded products sold into the Mass Market / Grocery / Department Stores. A proven track record of delivery in a similar role is essential and you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Tertiary qualifications in a business discipline are preferred and you will need to be passionate, fun and sociable to successfully integrate into their company culture.
