Victory International Group owns 12 factories in China since 1978, and currently supplies and distributes products to National Chain Stores, such Wal-Mart, Walgreen, Office Max, and Michael’s Craft. We are looking for at least 10 years’ experience national-chain-stores sales with great relationship with buyers previously and currently, who can help our company, expand our consumer products’ lines: Party Supplies; Seasonal Products (Halloween, Christmas, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick’s Day); Eco Consumer Products: Eco-Stationery and Back to School Stationery, which involve both Branded and Private Labels to new retail accounts throughout United States and Europe. The sales position major responsibility is opening NEW national chain accounts. Applicants must have experiences in the past in opening NEW national chain account in order for us to consider to move to next step.
If you have the relationships and can help us bring our current product lines to the stores, we can build something big together and share profits together. We need someone aggressive, but in a polite way, and who likes to make more money. We offer salary + commission + bonus on this position. Commission is unlimited pays because it is based on the more you sold, the more your commissions would add up. This position is also allowed you to stay at your own home/home-office to work. Our goal is to open more accounts and develop more lines into the stores you have that you have relationship with.
We have the capabilities doing both domestic and direct import programs. We ship everyday currently to our customers from our warehouses Ontario, California; Houston, Taxes; and Albany-Rensselaer, New York. We have customers requesting us to make certain products they looking for. Because we own the factories, we have the capabilities to open the moldings and custom made the products that our customers requested. The reasons our customers said we are their best because at the same time bringing the good quality products, we brought them the best prices and the prices have no middlemen involve and customers get the 20% to 30% savings or profits right away. Also, our Research Development department produces new products for our customers time to time. And, we have our in-house designers that can always special design the packaging our customers requested. We are proud of our company because we have established very strong financials with no debts.

The successful candidate for this position must demonstrate the following:

- Prefer at least 10 years’ experience selling to VP and executive levels of major accounts
- Demonstrated ability to create and strong account management / relationship skills
- Identify and close end user opportunities through phone and field activity to qualify target opportunities and build a database of end user prospects and target applications by geographic area; leads can come from lists, known target profile codes, and field cold call activity.
- Experience selling Party Supplies, Stationery, Corporate programs and/or experience selling into the Grocery Store, C-Store, and QSR verticals is helpful
- Must be able to travel anytime and sometimes with short notice whenever buyers needed you or business needed in order to close

- Demonstrate an ability to build executive relationships at major accounts.
- Conduct and/or receive weekly reviews of sales, RMAs, returns allowances (RA), quotes, promotions, sell through, inventory management, turns, forecasts, replenishment orders, backorders, and any other account activities that will impact financial results for the account(s). Resolve or delegate any issues that arise as a result of the reviews.
- Execute strategies to reduce RMAs, minimize returns and allowances, and overall profitability.
- Develop and negotiate terms and conditions for accounts to effectively manage overall profitability at each assigned account.
- Determine the minimum of outbound calls to account representatives and/or end users each day, required of other sales team members.
- Keep a monthly recap of sales calls, including potential opportunity worth dollars, and be prepared to present that information when requested.
- Conduct inside or outside sales calls or store visits.
- Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products, and pricing that may impact sales efforts and communicate this information to all sales management and other departments as necessary.
- Travel to tradeshows and customer sites required. Depending on assignment, international travel may be required.
- Take full responsibility for individual and team actions.
- Estimated Percent of Annualized Travel Required: 50%
