Job Description
This National Account Manager position will see you working within a team of experienced account managers with a remit to drive forward market share of a portfolio of luxury goods. Your key routes to market will be the retail channels with a particular focus on Myer and David Jones. Your responsibilities will include negotiating with senior buyers in the retail sector, putting together promotional strategies to secure partnerships with retailers, monitoring customer insights and reporting based on those and developing strategy across your categories to increase market share.
The Successful Applicant
This highly numbers driven position requires a candidate with a commercial mindset and the following:
- Recent experience of working in an account management position within a recognised multinational consumer goods company
- Able to hold their own in a commercial conversation with senior people in the FMCG industry
- Experience of developing and implementing a sales strategy
- A CV that demonstrates consistent progression based on performance
