Our Distribution group is currently seeking a National Accounts Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Include, but not Limited to:
- Maintain, support and grow existing strategic relationship with Merrill Lynch and provide support to the other National Broker Dealer and/or Independent Advisor partner firms;
- Coordinate all aspects of strategic alliances, senior management relationships/contacts, and revenue sharing programs;
- Coordinate marketing, sales, and service support activities for these accounts with sales management, wholesalers and support staff;
- Identify marketing and sales opportunities and work closely with the company staff to develop presentations and programs for key accounts;
- Promote the sale of managed accounts, mutual funds, and related investment products for distribution partners;
- Maintain market share, developing strategies to exploit key opportunities and target market penetration and profitability levels;
- Strengthen positioning with assigned intermediaries;
- Understanding national accounts' requirements and develop programs to meet these requirements.
Ideal Experience Qualifications:
- 8-10 years experience with significant sales, relationship management and leadership experience;
- Experience coordinating and working through others such as marketing, sales, and support services;
- Licensed (Series 7, 63);
- BS Degree;
- Clear and concise communicator with the ability to influence;
- Flexible, adaptable;
- Ability to anticipate and resolve complex issues and provide guidance to staff;
- Extensive travel required.
