National Account Rep

Chase At Work is a customer acquisition program designed to support the Chase retail branches. Through the program, a broad range of products and services are provided to employees of companies with offices in the retail bank's trade areas. The program is supported by a Chase At Work sales team of National Account Representatives, whose role is to target large companies within the bank's footprint, sell the program to the company's decision maker, then plan and execute events at the workplace to drive new customer acquisition. Position Responsibilities: Partner with the Commercial Bank, Treasury Services and Investment Bank within JPMorgan Chase to identify and approach prospective companies for the program Establish sales presentations ("POBs" or Place of Business calls) with prospective companies Sell the Chase At Work program to corporate decision makers and secure Onsite opportunities for Chase retail branches Plan and execute Onsite events Coordinate event types appropriate for the company based on specific needs, size, and location of company inclusive of New Hire Orientations, Staff Meetings, Table Top events, and Seminars Ensure strong company support of events through pre-onsite marketing and communications to the employee base about the program and event Coordinate with Wholesaler teams to staff onsite events; Wholesalers will work with District Managers to determine staffing and ensure Personal Bankers are prepared for the events Attend onsite events to ensure smooth execution, meet with company contact (as appropriate) and assist in customer acquisition Manage a portfolio of existing companies in the Chase At Work program; deepen and penetrate the relationship by providing direct feedback, working with decision makers to gain access to more locations, and adjusting the program to suit the needs of the employer and employees
