National Account Service Alignment Professional

The Service Professional position is a combination of two disciplines; having a focus on the client as well as a focus on the field office.  Professionals manage the daily departmental processes assigned, ensuring opportunity fulfillment and high-level client and field service satisfaction.
 The Service Professional receives and validates incoming orders, identifies the appropriate office(s) to fill orders and enters them into the appropriate system(s).  This individual engages in the day-to-day relationship with the client and NASA team with respect to order management and fulfillment activities. After the order has been assigned correctly, the Professional will then partner with the field offices by engaging in day-to-day communications with respect to National Account order and assignment management activities.  This individual is a key resource who can help remove the field office's barriers to filling orders.  The Service Professional enhances field offices' success in increasing overall fill rate by coaching them on tools and methods that they may not be aware of.
 
• Order receipt and fulfillment activities, including receiving communications from clients, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timely order entry in the department order tracking tool.  Enters orders into the appropriate front office application and assigns to the appropriate field office(s) for the most expeditious fill possible.  Ensures client requirement compliance through diligence in verification and ensuring order detail integrity. Matches client job to Manpower job descriptions, verifies onboard requirements, and ensures client needs are properly documented in department records.  Takes further action on allocated orders deemed appropriate by Department Standards to aid in assignment management activities.  Communicates client's timing requirements and aligns recruitment process for each account as required.  Determines the appropriate business line and delivers the order quickly to the appropriate.  Monitors activity on client 3rd party tools.
• Operates as an extension of the field office, partnering with them to remove barriers to filling orders.  Utilizes department and front office tools to monitor fill rates in order to proactively offer assistance where required.  Partners with the field by initiating fill-related communications and issue resolution activities including ensuring understanding of client requirements.  Analyzes client trends and activity to aid in guiding and coaching field offices and team as needed to ensure highest fill rates possible.
• Handles minor order-related issues and escalates serious issues to the specialist or account team.  Meets with clients as needed, but rarely.  Guides coaches client and team as appropriate, and occasionally negotiates to ensure process/contract compliance.  Ensures timely and increased order fill rate by monitoring the appropriate resources and analyzing field responsiveness. Creates relationships with recruiting resources that may help field increase fill rates and supports the field on 3rd party tools as needed.  Works with the NASA Business Analyst to develop/maintain the department's Client Guides and/or fulfillment strategy.
• Assists with internal and interdepartmental reporting as needed, and participates in miscellaneous department projects/activities as required.

• High School Diploma plus two year degree is preferred; preferably in Business, HR, a related field, or equivalent combination of work related experience and education.
 

• Six months or more experience in account management.  One to three years (or more) experience in the Staffing/Recruiting industry preferred.  Proven track record in order fulfillment speed and accuracy.  Experience in both staffing professional is desirable for the Professional role.
