Reporting to the Head of Environment, Health and Safety Australia, the National EHS Program Manager will be pivotal in helping to define, develop and implement the region’s environment health and safety strategy and business plan. You will be responsible for the project management of key regional EHS initiatives and programs, regional analysis of EHS data and information, monitoring and reporting on EHS performance and identifying, developing and implementing best practice programs and initiatives to improve EHS performance across the region.
You will work with the Environment, Health and Safety senior leadership team and key stakeholders to help define the strategy and drive business programs to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will have experience in strategic planning, change management and proven skills in improving behaviours and performance through engagement, up-skilling and guidance. Your ability to influence and empathise with end users and stakeholder groups, along with your experience working with Australian Environment, Health and Safety standards and your proactive approach will also be key.
