One of Australia’s major listed fund groups currently has a vacancy for a National Executive Manager to manage the capital works programs and framework of their retail and corporate business.

This is your opportunity to redefine the capital works of this leading institution nationally.
In this role you’ll have overall responsibility of the delivery of the capital works programmes. This will be measured through your accountability of the performance of external service providers, customer engagement and effective process management.

This is the role where you can really make a difference through your high level stakeholder management expertise, your ability to deliver effective change management process and ability to engage with all levels of internal team members and external providers. Your strong mentoring and leadership skills will also ensure you build teams who are the best and who contribute to the overall goal of this institution being a leader in their field. You will be accountable for the delivery of projects through full lifecycle and ensure solutions are reached, that are both timely and cost effective.

To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience in Capital Works at a senior level, whether that be with a financial institution, a major retailer or another large, well established institution. You will have demonstrated ability to identify and manage improvements to Capital Works processes and put the necessary processes and standards in place. You will have experience in managing significant commercial relationships and have demonstrated ability to utilise your influencing skills to achieve best practice targets.
