Our client is a true Australian success story in the Financial Services sector and due to an internal restructure they are looking to recruit a National Facilities Manager. This is a new position reporting into the General Manager and if you are looking for a high profile position within a Iconic Australian brand where you can work autonomously and make the role your own, then this is the opportunity for you.

In this role you will be tasked with delivering facilities services to a national portfolio of commercial and retail assets. You will also oversee a large Opex budget, manage an ongoing restructure, give strategic direction to your team and implement new policies and procedures. Using your initiative and drive you will communicate effectively with key stakeholders who will range from branch managers through to executives.

It is envisaged you will be in a similar role, with over 10 years experience within the Corporate Facilities Management and Real Estate space with demonstrated achievements which stand you out from the crowd. You will need experience of people management including the ability to manage teams inter-state, have strong negotiation / influencing skills and extensive Asset management knowledge.
