National Field Service Specialist Job in Meriden 06450, Connecticut US

Key Responsibilities

·         Operate as a National field service technician under the direction of the N.A. Service Warranty Mgr.

·         Support corporate office with field support for all treatment equipment.

·         Perform HST start-ups and/or assist through the entire startup process.

·         Interface with distributors and representatives to co-ordinate service work and start-up services.

·         Lead service school programs for Sulzer / ABS under the direction of the National Service Director.

·         Various levels of product and parts research

·         Participate in Factory training

·         Maintain 'Spare Parts' for the HST product line

Qualifications/ Experience

·         College degree preferred

·         3 to 5 years experience working in a technical service / training role

·         Experience with Wastewater Pumps / Rotating Equipment

·         Experience with start-up and troubleshooting of electrical control panels

·         Strong computer skills in working with electrical control software
