National Manager
My client are currently looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team in Middlesbrough
The position is to develop and deliver the national strategy and budgeted performance through effective management of the Contact Centre. This position will involve travel to different sites
The key areas are:
Define and implement strategy for the UK business, developing the right delivery model to increase performance to budgetary levels.
Define, agree and deliver against set KPI targets.
Achieve the agreed number of national accounts by leading on strategic employer and stakeholder engagement across the UK, coordinating key accounts and developing effective relationships at corporate levels.
Develop a compelling, attractive, tailored offer to an employer that meet their recruitment needs, increases opportunities for our customers, and promoting our brand as a provider of choice.
Lead, motivate and develop the Call Centre team to increase their capability, ensure they deliver a valued service and are able to meet their budgeted targets.
Provide the business with relevant MI to highlight employer needs, trends and labour market analysis to be able to make evidence based decisions.
Monitor regional performance against budgeted KPI's,.
Ensure compliance with our company policies (including Health Safety, Safeguarding and Data Security) so all teams operate in a way that protects customers and colleagues at all times.
To be short-listed for this position you must have the following:
Extensive knowledge of the national labour market.
Experience of working with business leaders to make the necessary links to develop the employer offer nationally.
Understanding of Employer's needs, experience of training needs analysis and organisational needs analysis, translating these in to fit for purpose programmes and services.
Experience of account management
Experience of leading a sales team in a target driven environment
Experience of managing and raising the capacity and capability of sales teams.
Knowledge of legislative recruitment regulations including safeguarding
This is initially a contract position
