National Sales Manager – Australia recruitment

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Responsible for the ongoing revenue, sales and activity planning.

• Identifying sales opportunities, conceptualizes, launches and monitors sales initiatives to achieve sales ambitions.

• Aggregates external client needs with regard to products, tools and services and acts as an interface and filter to product specialists to increase sales effectiveness and –efficiency

• Supports initiatives with regard to client acquisition and -retention

• Supports management to cultivate the growth potential of their market and clients book, providing facts and figures to support the sales processes

• Pro-active partner for WM head and market managers

Our ideal candidate should have the following requisites:

• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in the financial services industry with a focus on sales, investment or client relationship management

• Affinity with, and thorough understanding of, financial markets and investments, combined with management and leadership skills

• Effective communicator with strong social skills to build relationships and credibility with wide range of stakeholders

• Able to work on multiple initiatives, projects and products with medium to high complexity

• Passionate performer who wants deliver the very best for clients and the business

• Self motivated and able to work independently with minimal guidance

• Understanding of the market and the subtleties associated with the Australian markets and clientele
