National Sales Manager / Educational Furniture
Salary: 45-50k Plus Bonus

The Client
• Mackenzie Stuart is working with a leading manufacturer of educational and Healthcare furniture.
• They are a well respected name in the industry, with a turnover in excess of £15m.
• They have had significant growth in the last five years and are looking for further expansion.
The Role
• They are looking for a new National Sales Manager to compliment their program of expansion.
• You will operate nationally, selling into the company's client base, which is partly through consultancies, and partly direct to the end users, main contractors and schools.
• You will be key in developing new business and managing existing accounts.
• You will be expected to bring in, in excess of £1m of business per year.
• You will lead and motivate the sales team of 5.
The Requirements
• The client is looking for someone with a strong background in the educational furniture industry, a minimum of five years experience.
• The candidate must have an established client base amongst the large main contractors, architects, schools and local authorities.
• The candidate must have significant experience in specification sales.
• The candidate must have a significant and quantifiable track record winning business and hitting and exceeding sales KPIs.
• The candidate must have experience managing a team.
