National Sales Manager - Single use surgical aids Birthing Equipment (4 reports)
Basic Salary - £35,000 to £45,000
THE MANUFACTURER: A forward thinking and creative organisation at the "premium" end of this competitive market. They are long-established and are synonymous with high quality products and superior service levels. Specialising mainly in the obs and gynae and neonatal markets, they are well known and respected in the UK and are currently seeking to recruit a high calibre medical sales management professional to head up their field sales team of 4.
THE ROLE: Your team will be responsible for business within NHS and private hospitals and trusts. Typical liaison will be with gynaecologists, consultants, midwives and procurement. You will be providing training and ongoing mentoring and support, as well as having profit and loss responsibility. Experience managing a field based sales team within the medical sector is essential. Full product and company training will be provided.
THE PACKAGE:
- Basic Salary - £35,000 to £45,000
- Commission/Bonus - £5,000
