Career Description:
- Develop the sales plan and strategy to continue expanding the customer base and market area to achieve both company goals and profitability
- Responsible for the performance and development of sales team
- Potentially participating with sales team members in customer meetings on site or by telephone
- Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activity reports submitted by Territory Sales Managers including pricing changes
- Recruit and hire sales members based on criteria agreed upon by management
Our Indiana based company is seeking a remote or corporate based
- Self-motivated and well organized candidate with 5 to 7 years sales management experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Extensive experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management.
- Experience with customer relation management applications and must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel
- Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
- A BS in Sales or Management degree preferred
