12 year old innovation-driven, consumable product manufacturing company experiencing significant growth has created a new position of National Sales Manager.  The successful candidate will be responsible for effecting sales through distributors to end users through managing territory sales representatives and working with major accounts.  

Requirements include:
- Demonstrated success in motivating, organizing and directing a sales force
- Experience selling products through a distributor network, preferably to end users in the contracting or industrial sectors
- Integrity and a desire to work towards the long term objective of building a great company
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
