Our client has one of the strongest names, brands products within the building and construction industry.
These guys’ tools are seriously tough, reliable and thousands upon thousands of businesses and tradies rely on them every day
This role is an important role within this business. You’re the rock, the driver and Manager for the after sales and support business.
You’ll be looking after the dealer, servicing and warranty network Australia wide.
You’ll have a solid background of developing and maintaining dealer networks, pricing structures, managing parts requirements, communicating to the network, developing and conducting service and trouble shooting training.

These are a great bunch of guys (guys and girls) in this business. They’re all quite relaxed but are all very performance focused. They love their brand and their products and because they feel this way their work environment is fantastic.

Our ideal candidate will be dynamic, focused and experience in managing the demands of a complex dealer network and all of their many requirements. You’ll be able to juggle, stock needs, forecasting, creating technical service procedure literature. Develop and conduct training sessions. Develop and manage warranty and servicing procedures that help people get their mission critical tools back in operation as fast as humanly possible.

Salary package on offer will range from $85,000 - $90,000 plus super, determined on your skills, experience and background + fully maintained company car or car allowance.
