VM Production Coordination
to join our Home office team in a 12 month maternity leave contract.
You will be responsible for facilitation the scheduling, approval, production and delivery of all creative/ visual projects.
è Liaising with external suppliers and Esprit Asia in selection the correct materials
è Managing overseas and local suppliers to increase cost efficiency and on time delivery
è Coordination new store VM requirements
è Assisting with preparation of VM communication documents
è Review image placement for store layout
è Assisting Marketing department with visual promotion material
To be successful in this position you will
è have a 1-2 years Graphic Design experience preferably from a fashion environment
è have VM/ graphic design qualifications
è have experience with In-design, Photoshop and Illustrator
è be creative and have an eye for detail
è love to work in a team
è be ambitious and career driven
