Native or Fluent French Speaker Needed!
My client, a market leader in their field and based in Reading are looking for a French Speaking (Fluent or Native French) New Business Associate to join their team as soon as possible. The New Business Associate works within the international Telemarketing team and is responsible for qualifying new business opportunities through marketing campaigns, cold calling and other proactive targeting methods. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging, yet exciting role where excellent training and development plans will be provided to ensure you grow into a competent sales professional within the organization.
Essential Functions
· Talk to IT decision makers about email and web and data security (60-80 outbound calls a day)
· Present the company message, handle objections and explain business benefits
· Qualify new business opportunities for the French sales team
· Follow up on marketing campaigns to generate new leads
· Proactively target new business in the French region through cold calling
· Act as the interface between the Regional Sales and Marketing organizations
· Exceed monthly pipeline target
· Report monthly results to the Team and Sales Managers
Education and Experience
· Fluency in English and French is essential
· Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint are a must
· Experience of cold calling and/or the IT industry would be preferable
· Knowledge of Salesforce would be highly desirable
· Previous experience working in a Sales environment, specifically in a Telemarketing, Telesales, IT Sales or Internal Sales capacity
Working full time, Monday to Friday in my client’s office based in Reading we are looking for candidates who are immediately available. £24k basic salary plus an estimated £6k commission.
