•Two to four (2-4) years experience working in a food retail environment, preferably in a managerial or assistant manager role.
•Ability to identify customer needs.
•Strong promotional planning skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
•Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty.
•Excellent organizational abilities - able to manage multiple priorities.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
•System skills (Elvis, Telxon, PC Applications; Outlook/E-mail, Excel).
•Able to stand for long periods of time.
•Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
•Post secondary education/formal training in Natural and/or Homeopathic Medicine would be an asset.
•Solid understanding and knowledge of nutrition, natural foods and homeopathic medicine would be an asset.
