Neovest is a wholly owned subsidiary of J.P. Morgan which provides a comprehensive suite of financial technology services to the buy and sell-side communities. Neovest's technology encompasses direct market access, advanced order management, real-time market data, and advanced analytics in a comprehensive and robust application, which includes advanced ECN and exchange aggregation, broker routing, crossing, and algorithmic order routing aggregation. Tightly integrated with these features is Neovest's industry leading analytics platform, which includes superior charting, quotes, news, filtering/reverse filtering, and full depth of book. Other Neovest features include basket/list trading, order slicing, options execution, portfolio/risk management, and allocation and bunching capabilities.

We are currently looking to recruit a customer-facing Account Management position whose responsibilities will include analytic, order execution, IT, back office, FIX connectivity, customer service, internal sales, and trade support skill sets. This is a highly visible opportunity to contribute to growth in electronic trading at the firm.

The Account Manager ("AM") is responsible to represent the firm to clients in a first class way. It is essential that the AM forge a strong relationship with clients to develop implicit trust in the AM and their ability to service client needs. Clients should view their AM as a trusted partner and key contributor to their success. AMs must be highly proactive and take initiative to provide excellent service to clients. The company's products, along with the service component, should be an integral and highly valued part of our clients' business.

Responsibilities:
· Serve as primary point of contact for clients for all Neovest related issues. Communicate with and regularly visit clients, understand their needs, and develop a strong relationship with them.
· Manage client relationship through their lifecycle with the firm: product demonstrations, pre-sales technical consultation, on-boarding process, implementation / training, on-going support.
· Identify opportunities to up- and cross-sell additional Neovest products, asset classes, or global markets within the client firm.
· Responsible for individually managed account growth as well as departmental support contributions.
· Assist in project management details related to overall company improvement.

Skills

Qualifications:
· Required: Strong communication/team building skills.
· Required: Electronic trading software support experience.
· Required: Analytic software support experience.
· Preferred: Project Management skill sets.
· Preferred: Series 3, 7, 63 or equivalent licenses.
· Preferred: Experience with global equities and futures markets.
