The .NET Developer will be part of the Enterprise Integrated Digital Environment (E-IDE) Development team, performing software analysis, design, coding, and testing specific to .NET applications within the E-IDE umbrella. Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters to meet business requirements and hardware/software compatibility. Provides fact-finding and research as required for the project. Provides guidance to others to achieve goals in accordance with established policies and may be responsible for the technical direction, leadership, and training of less experienced staff. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures to be used on new assignments. Interacts with management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers.

Candidate will have knowledge and experience, able to handle seldom and unusual occurring job events. Ability to complete complex assignments. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and provide guidance to nonexempt personnel. Knowledge of assigned product(s), company functions, service policies and procedures and good communication skills. Proficiency in computer applications, languages, technologies, advanced set-up and configurations, troubleshooting, and system design, and/or capabilities required for the position.

Education: A bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: 3+ years hands-on experience with ASP.Net, C#, T-SQL - SQL Server 2005/2008, HTML, JavaScript, XML, AJAX, jQuery and IIS 6.0 in a Windows 2003 Server environment. Candidate must work well in a team environment, participate in peer reviews, and be able to work independently or under close supervision depending on the task/project requirements.

Pluses: Experience with third party ASP.Net component packages such as Infragistics, familiarity with N-Layer development, source control, security best-practices, and automatic code generation using CodeSmith. Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD).
