What you need for this position:

-Minimum of 5 years of development experience of using Microsoft platform, and have demonstrable experience in developing distributed software systems solutions using Microsoft (.NET/C#/WCF/T-SQL), and messaging protocols like as SOAP, REST, WSDL and/or WADL.
-Hands-on experience of designing and developing multi-tier distributed systems and service driven API’s.
-Have sharp analytical abilities, effective problem solving techniques, proven design skills and a solid track record of on-time delivery against tight timeframes.
-Capable of dealing with cross-team dependencies, rapid schedules and a constant evolving business environment.
-Must be an effective communicator, presenting facts not feelings and balancing business goals with engineering goals.
-Must be proactive, motivated and able to work in teams.
-Have a College degree preferably in engineering or computer science or relevant experience in technologies listed.
-Experience working with the business in defining technical solutions.
-Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - good at documenting technical designs, specifications and reports.
-Previous working experience of payment platform and e-commerce solutions is a huge plus.
-Demonstrable architecture skills to architect graceful software solutions that are reliable, scalable, resilience and sustainable.
-Solid understanding of service oriented architecture and its methodologies.
-More than 2 years experience in developing large scale and mission critical transactional information management systems.
-Extensive exposure to building software solutions driven by service oriented architecture.
-Previous experience in developing large scale, mission critical applications using MSMQ, AppFabric, Enterprise Library, Entity Framework 4, Windows Workflow Foundation.
-Familiarity of developing reusable frameworks serving foundation of service oriented architecture.

What you'll be doing:

-This technically challenging and exciting position will be working on transformational initiative to build a next generation mission critical transaction and information management platform that is based on service oriented architecture driven by performance, efficiency, and serviceability.
-The qualified candidate must be a hands-on developer seasoned in building large scale and architecturally sound software solutions that meet stringent requirements of reliability, resilience, scalability and reusability.
-Work on highly visible strategic projects to design and implement transactional and data management services driven by SOA standard.
-Work closely with managers to define, estimate and schedule tasks, and to manage deliverables with strong commitments.
-Work actively with architects to contribute to promotion and adoption of service oriented architecture and its implementation methodologies.
-Work proactively with all team members to challenge status-quos and bring continuous improvements to the new service platform and development methodologies.
-Design well-thought system migration plan and process to accomplish problem-free platform transition in live production environment.
