Randstad is currently seeking Net + certified individuals for an Assistant Technician position for the #1 manufacturer of hard drives and storage solutions worldwide. Responsible for providing pre-sales and post-sales service to customers for the products designated as part of the Concierge Support Project. Responsible for the support of customers encountering problems using the company's products. Examples of Support: - Answers customer inquiries, primarily over the telephone, email, or via web (Social Media or Community Forums) in a manner that you are able to resolve the customer's issue to their satisfaction; - Assists customer inquiries through both inbound and outbound support methods - Act as the customer's personal liaison with company, so that if the customer should have further questions on their company product they will know who to contact for concierge support; - Maintains log of problems in our internal database so that there is an accurate record of the issues we are seeing from customers so that recurring problems can be reported to product development; Technicians typically have a high school education plus post-high school education. Additionally, Net+ certification is required and a minimum of two years of networking experiencing is required.
