Job Number: 57157 description: -Performs application analysis and programming at a high technical level. -Analyzes and documents requirements for information systems. -Develops and/or oversees plans for completion of major project assignments. -Acts as user interface when applicable. -Instructs, directs and checks the work of other project personnel. -Maintains full technical knowledge of all phases of programming activities. -Conducts technical training of staff, and keeps current on needed technology. -Conducts and documents the results of special studies dealing with systems and/or business process issues. Qualifications -Experience programming with tools including .NET, C#. -Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis and programming, including at least 2 years of which is directly related to the application systems being supported or developed -Strong system development and experience with web-based applications
