.Net Developer !
116799- Newton client is looking for a .Net Web Developer and they will train in SharePoint !
Will be responsible for the design and development of mission-critical solutions. This person will work closely with IT and Business Stakeholders to implement solutions. Will join the Application Development team and continuously improve a portfolio of 100+ applications.
Must possess end-to-end hands-on experience with design and development of maintainable and scalable business applications. Ability to take up challenges, adapt to the business needs, and stay focused on delivering results.
Solid experience with Web UI and multi-layered applications development is required. Experience with MOSS 2007 and SharePoint 2010 is a major plus.
- Design and develop applications and services.
- Participate in logic and technical design, peer code reviews, unit testing, and documentation of developed code.
- Participate in Agile Development teams, including interacting with both Business Analysts and End-users to come up with well-performing and scalable solutions.
- Participate in designing user experience following best practices and help drive the overall user experience.
- Participate in providing ideas and solutions for current and future business needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 4+ years hands-on experience developing ASP.NET User Controls.
- Required skills include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET), Web services, XML, T-SQL.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 / 2008 and general knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with Windows 2008 and IIS7 configuration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
