.NET Technical Lead Developer - BANKING SWITZERLAND

One of my clients, a leading Investment bank based in Switzerland is urgently looking for a senior technical lead .NET Developer with a strong background in development with front and back office applications.
This is to join one of the most fast paced and dynamic teams within the bank for a long term contract. This is not small project based work and the Client is looking for someone who is interested in a long term perspective.
.NET Technical Lead Developer Skills:
At least 7 years of commerical hands on experience with .NET Development
· Good MS SQL knowledge
· The successful candidate must be able to work front to back on all conceptual levels: GUI, application server, database
· This role is 100% development and coding, project or line management activities are not expected.
· The person should be able to take over the technical leadership at feature, release, project or application level
Technical Tools :
- MS Visual Studio 2012
- Redgate SQL
- MS SQL Server
- MS Report Server
- MS IIS
- TeamCity build automation server, SVN, NAnt, Powershell
- Enterprise Architect
Methodologies are RAD and SCRUM
The candidate should also have knowledge in the financial instrument area (equity, fixed income, alternative investments)
Other Skills:
Experience working with structured investment products is a huge plus, but not mandatory.
Very good English and communication skills is a MUST
The candidate should be able to work in self-organizing team, without continuous line Management supervision.
