.NET Technical Specialist / Architect / Developer – Consultancy onsite at Major Hedge Fund – Very Urgent!!! recruitment

Technical Skills
- Dot Net, Investment Banking, Hedge funds.
- Deep knowledge of the .NET 3.5/4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2008/2010, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET.
- Must have knowledge on FIX Protocol
- Must have knowledge on developing complex excel macros, add-in, excel DNA
- Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer,
- Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- MUST have proficient in OOPS concepts and strong designing skills.
- 4+ years working with SQL Server (2005/2008 preferred)
- Should have a skills using third party API's and libraries as part of system integrations.
- Should have a skill to write generalized API components, unit and regression test scripts
- Should have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Should have good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.
- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices while leading and mentoring a team of developers.
- Experience in handling client communications and or integration partners.
- Candidate should be a self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player and exhibit exceptional client relationship management skills.

- Experience on WinForms, WPF, Sliverlight, DevExpress
- Experience on AppFabric
- Experience with SOL Server Reporting Services
- Experience working with SQl Server Integration Services to support ETL processing.
- Microsoft Certified
- Experience on SWIFT Protocols

Experience
- Should have an over all of 8 - 10 years' experience as a Software Developer and System Designer
- Must have Min. 6 years of hands on development experience with .Net
- Should have worked on at least 3 major business or integration applications using .NET and related technologies
- Must have experience on N Tier distributed applications
- Eligible to work in the UK

Roles Responsibilities
- Will be working as Technical Specialist on development projects for an UK based client
- Will be responsible for designing and providing technical solutions based on the system requirements.
- Build new systems with .NET 3.5/4.0/ASP.NET/VB.NET/SQL Server 2008/WCF Web Services/WCF
- Data Services/Windows Services.
- Should be able to take technical ownership of the projects and deliver them without any handholding.
- Will be responsible for technical mentoring of the junior members of the team.
