.NET Web Developer
Position Description:
Develop and maintain operational processes related to incentive compensation payments.
This is a senior level programmer position responsible for updating procedures in Visual Studio. This individual will be working with Sales Incentive Compensation Data. Most of the work will be done in SQL and Visual Studio. The goal for this position will be to minimize the administrative work for the UnitedHealthcare sales organization and the Sales Incentive Administration Team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and reporting sales incentive data
- Design and develop web sites and web applications.
- Update procedures in Visual Studio and SQL
- Develop innovative approaches.
- Serve as a leader/ mentor.
- Be a resource for others.
- Provide feedback and information to other designers, developers and producers.
- Participate in software and hardware evaluation for design and production tools.
- Conceptualize, design and develop the user interface for Web Communications solutions.
- Help design and conduct usability studies, documenting results and acting upon findings.
- Develop and maintain design and functionality specifications for use by software engineers and other developers and producers.
- Participate in task analysis and testing related to the design and functional considerations of Web Communications sites.
- Maintain historical records of assigned product and feature development.
- Participate in the development of Web site standards for technology, organization, navigational structure, content management, and interface design.
- Impact of work is most often at the local level.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of Visual Studio 2008/2010 experience including C#, VB.NET and ASP.NET is a requirement.
- 1+ year of training experience
- 3+ years of SQL Server 2005/2008 experience
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
Assets:
- Project Management experience
- Team Lead experience
- Experience utilizing SharePoint 2007/2010 is strongly desired
- JavaScript/jQuery is preferred
- HTML 4.0/HTML5/HTML1.0 is desired
