.NET/C++/JAVA Developers – Capital Markets recruitment
Growing entity in the Capital Markets Industry seeks multiple Developers to support a thriving market. The products supported by the IT group include listed equity options, exchange traded funds, and structured products.
Qualifications and Experience
* A track record of excellence and proven expertise programming in C++, C# or JAVA. Candidates will receive exposure from language to another.
* A solid understanding of Financial Markets such as Options, Equity Derivatives including option Greeks or similar.
* Excellent analytical skills, strong communication skills, and a clear understanding of flow through Front, Middle Back office.
* Resourcefulness when solving business problems and a mind that continually seeks process improvement.
* A deeply ingrained understanding of object-oriented development methodologies that comes from continuous purposeful utilization, not just familiarity.
* A good work ethic, integrity and leadership potential
* Must be a team player, a self-starter, motivated by success and work well in a high pressure environment.
