Network Administrator
The Insurance Center, a leading insurance agency with multiple locations, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Network Administrator. Primary responsibilities include the development and maintenance of network infrastructure that will meet business operations requirements and provide additional capacity for growth. Day-to-day network administration including back up, security management, email server, internet access and application support. Perform technology needs analysis and assists with technology planning. Provide IT support to staff and resolves problems by end users, monitors and measures the performance of networks, circuits, etc., proactively but prudently applies all necessary patch releases and/or upgrades for all network and security operating system software and supplemental environmental software. Establishes and maintains contact with vendors for support and problem resolution. Researches, plans and oversees data communications and security system replacements and upgrades. Periodic travel is required. Candidates must have a college degree in technology or related field, 3+ years experience as a Network Administrator including having worked with Microsoft Windows, responsibility for network infrastructure design and management, and experience supporting a multi-branch office/office environment. CCNP, CISSP credentials or other networking credentials a plus. Competitive salary and full benefits package provided.
