An amazing opportunity is available for a VoIP specialist to work with our client in the financial services industry. In this role you will be working closely with vendors and network operations and supporting the voice environment as it is currently built.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Effectively utilizing the Network, Cisco Call Managers, IPC Trading Turrets and new technology for Voice product development
- Supporting the network and multiple business sites
- Managing telecommunication initiatives and goals
- Helping with the setup and execution of video/audio conferences
- Liaising with Telco Carriers and other vendors as required
- Supporting other members of the telecommunications team
- Supporting the phone system, Hoot lines, mobile environment, voice recording technology and faxing communications
- Updating documentation to support the Voice environment
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, three to five year of experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry and extensive experience with VoIP environments and Cisco Call Manager. Additionally you will have experience with Trading Turret Phone systems, knowledge of telecommunication interfaces, voice signaling protocols and networking knowledge. You will also have excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills.
