Currently we have an opening for a Network Administrator/Help Desk Support in our Fort Washington, PA office.
The qualified candidate will possess the following experience:
· 4+ years providing Network Administration/Help Desk support in a corporate environment
· Extensive knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008, MS Exchange 2007/2010, Active Directory, and MS SQL Server
· Extensive knowledge of Networking including firewall protection, routers, switches, data backups, and disaster recovery
· Knowledge Blackberry Server, Sharepoint, and VPN
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Must be able to work flexible hours to include on-call support
· Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Patience and excellent oral communication skills
· Organizational skill and attention to detail
· iPad and iPhone experience, A+ certification, MCITP, QA testing experience a major plus
Responsibilities will include:
· Provide in-person and remote help desk support to 150 engineering professionals in 10 offices operating in a Windows environment
· Provide the day to day administration, support, maintenance and monitoring of the network consisting of: Windows 7 and XP desktops and laptops; Windows Server 2003/2008; Exchange Server, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Sharepoint Server
· Maintain and monitor routers, switches, firewall, VPN, and data lines.
· Procure, install, and configure hardware and software for new hires
· Create, modify, and terminate user accounts
· Manage vendor software license agreements
· Design and execute data backup and disaster recovery plans
· Establish Service Level Agreements for problem resolution, support handling, data recovery, system performance and availability.
· Analyze, install, and support patches, upgrades and performance enhancements
