-- Network Analyst-01117497 Description Key Role: Support the network management of a DoD Enterprise Environment. Maintain responsibility for the installation, configuration, management, and maintenance of a DoD Army infrastructure, including software upgrades and hardware firmware updates. Perform basic and mid-level troubleshooting of Network associated devices and services, assist with implementing IAVAs, STIGs, and IA Compliance Actions relating to Network Infrastructure, as necessary. Participate in the development and maintenance of accurate documentation of network configuration, processes, and procedures, and provide after hour and weekend support for critical systems on an on-call rotation and during scheduled maintenance, as necessary. Maintain and report service performance records and identify key areas that need improvement, interact with the customer, and coordinate with external agencies to troubleshoot external configuration changes that potentially impact the client's network infrastructure. This position is located in Fayetteville, NC. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: -Knowledge of DoD and US Army Information Assurance Regulations -Knowledge of Network Measurement tools and network systems performance -Ability to be assigned to an on-call rotation -Secret clearance -AA or AS degree or Industry Certifications with 2 years of experience in a DoD Enterprise Environment maintaining LAN and WAN -Security, CCNET, CCNA, or BCNE and applicable DoD 8570.01M Baseline and Computing Environment Certification Additional Qualifications: -Experience with personal computers and business solutions and software -Ability to execute independent and team tasks -Ability to show an excellent teamwork ethic -Possession of excellent oral and written presentation skills -BA or BS degree in CS or Information Systems Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
