Network Analyst
Our client is looking for someone to sit on site in their Braintree location. The ideal candidate would be someone that: -Understands and adheres to corporate security policy, standards, and procedures as they relate to system user IDs, passwords, and security controls to ensure protection of corporate information confidentiality, integrity, and availability. -Processes workload to ensure accurate, timely support to customers requiring user ID, password, access control support, and terminations enterprise wide. -Reviews requests to ensure compliance to all IT security access standards and guidelines. -Creates, changes, and deletes user IDs for various infrastructures, including but not limited to: Exchange, LDAP, Active Directory, Oracle, and Agile. Maintains security procedure documentation as it relates to all aspects of systems access. -Maintains audit trails of access requests and team's response. -Technical expertise in the data security areas in regards to securing access to employees. -Coordinates support as required with other system support organizations. -Requires good customer service skills and communication in following up on requests as completed
