A Cisco Network Client Technical Lead is required to join a leading IT Services organisation to provide a single point of both contact and ownership for all network, security and voice services provided to a specific customer. You will work closely with Technical Specialists within the virtual team environment to ensure that services provided meet service targets, quality standards and customer requirements. The successful Cisco Network Client Technical Lead's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: providing the Service Manager and customer with a single technical reference point for NSS as well as supporting other service lines, technical architects, project/solution managers and the account team. Working closely with the NSS Projects Delivery Group to ensure successful delivery and integration into the customers' existing technical and support environments whilst providing technical assurance and quality control for the solutions and projects. You will also be required to participate in the new business process by developing, reviewing and contributing to both proposals and business cases.
Interested candidates will need to be proven Cisco Network Client Technical Lead experts with strong client facing and communication attributes. You will have a high degree of technical competence encompassing: Cisco DMVPN, Nokia/Checkpoint firewalls, Juniper SA VPN appliances, IPSec VPN and ideally be CCIE certified.
