Job Description: Seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to provide onsite support for an important Government customer.Responsibilities include monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems pertaining to CANS/WANS/LANs/VLANs. Scheduleand perform network maintenance, perform installation configuration and repairs, and support certification and accreditation activities.Administer LAN-based applications, routers, firewalls, VOIP and ethernet technology. The work location is Columbia, MD and nearby areas.Required Skills, Experience, and Education: Job requirements include a current Top Secret SCI clearance with lifestyle polygraph,DoD8750 compliance, IAT Category, Level II, a Bachelor of Science degree in telecommunications, computer science, computer engineering, orinformation systems or related discipline, eight years experience in planning, design, development, implementation, and technical support ofmulti-platform, multi-system networks to encompass diagnosing network performance.
