Detailed description of the work to be performed under the Task Order or Functional Support Area
Must haves:
1. Design, engineer, install and configure SiteMinder policy server and agents on Sun Solaris and Windows platforms wintel servers 2000 2003.
2. Provide leadership on troubleshooting problems with CA/SiteMinder software in development, test, and production environments.
3. Consult to applications development groups, Operations group DITE labs, Production operations on the use of CA/Netegrity SiteMinder.
4. Work with applications representatives to establish SiteMinder protection requirements.
5. Evaluate new technology and make recommendations to enhance performance and service.
6. Design, develop, test and deploy SiteMinder enhancements into the test and production environments.
7. Assess new requirements and provide support in estimating Siteminder resources to meet commitments.
8. 5-7 System Admin years on Sun Solaris and Windows platforms WinTel servers 2000 / 2003.
9. Provide support in project planning and managing priorities.
BS in Computer Science or related field. Experience in large-scale multi-tiered web development projects; Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation. Must be able to obtain an MBI Clearance. Occasional travel to IRS facilities in West Virginia, Michigan or Tennessee may be required. Some shared on call and off shift responsibility is expected. Technical responsibilities will include: designing, installing and configuring SiteMinder on Sun Solaris and Windows 2000s platforms; work with team on troubleshooting technical problems.
