Requirements
Candidates should have experience supporting and / or functional knowledge of:
• Windows Servers
• Microsoft Exchange Servers
• Corporate Antivirus Solutions (Symantec / ESET)
• Desktop / Notebook Support
• Wireless Networking
• TCP/IP, Routing
• Backup Software Solutions (Symantec / Barracuda Networks)
• Internet Security and Hardware Firewalls (Cisco / Sonicwall)
• E-mail configuration (Exchange)
All candidates MUST have:
• Reliable transportation
• Good written and verbal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment
• Ability to demonstrate a strong problem solving skill set
• Ability to seize initiative and take responsibility
• Willingness to learn and grow in this position
Industry Certifications preferred. (Microsoft, Cisco, Symantec, CompTIA, SonicWALL, etc.).
