Perform voice system administration, such as daily maintenance of Cisco IP PBXs, Media Servers, Gateways, and phones. Administration of voice mail, programming and troubleshooting problems that arise regarding telephony systems.
Provide problem diagnosis and troubleshooting for voice communications; including complex call center configurations and equipment installations.
Provide help desk problem resolution assistance and perform related work as required.
Perform Moves/Adds/Changes on telephony systems and programming on various voice, call accounting, and other periphery telephony systems.
Oversee telephony systems performance and security.
Research/assess available telephony technologies in relation to the enterprises current and future needs.
Make recommendations for upgrading, acquiring, implementation of new systems and services to enhance overall telephony environment
Assists with project planning and implementation of new office
Provide end user training support on the effective use of telephony systems.
Prepare documentation supporting network requirements, connectivity, implementation, and testing.
Manage the Fax Servers infrastructure
Install, configure and maintain network services and equipment such as Firewall, load balancer, router and switches (Brocade and Cisco)
