Works directly with customers, vendors, and Strategic Partners to identify, troubleshoot, resolve data networking related issues and/or design network solutions. Monitor Wireless LAN connectivity to ensure that all users have the required connections. Troubleshoot and resolve Wireless LAN connectivity issues as they arise in a Cisco Wireless environment. Provide timely and accurate progress status on all ongoing support issues, with an emphasis on problems, issues, and concerns. Work with client groups to ensure that end users have all required equipment properly installed and configured based on specific project requirements.

Experience Level: 2+ Years.

Skill Set: In depth knowledge of Cisco Wireless Suite and 802.11 familty of protocols. Consultant would have a Bachelor's degree in MIS/Computer Science/Math or equivalent experience. 2+ years previous experience in the IT industry. May require certification.
