-- Extensive understanding of complex Network infrastructure and best practices
-- Microsoft Office and Visio skills
-- Experience in architecture and design of high availability networks
-- Strong network routing and switching experience
-- Expertise in troubleshooting LANs, WANs, and network monitoring
-- Extensive hands-on Cisco configuration experience

The selected candidate will support all aspects of the CMS network infrastructure components. Specific responsibilities include:
- Assist the team with system network requirements evaluation and make appropriate technical recommendations and architectural solutions.
- Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of moderate scope and complexity to the Engineering and Implementation team members in interfacing program system components to network.
- Perform installation of network components.
- Support/maintain/administer program networks and servers.
- Monitor network performance.
- Conducts testing of network designs.
- Evaluates and reports on new communication technologies to enhance capabilities of the network.

-- Cisco certified, minimum CCNP and preferably CCDA
-- Wireless, QoS, VoIP, Multicast, and UC experience
-- Expertise in performance analysis and network security
-- Knowledge and experience in proposal development
-- Extensive project implementation background
