Network Engineer, Trading Environment, Permanent, Geneva recruitment
You will be responsible for providing support for the voice and data infrastructure globally.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and administration of the global data and voice infrastructure
- Work with vendors on new projects, to include planning, implementation and roll-out.
- Employee home visits to provide IT, phone and audio visual services.
- Dealing with day to day support functions on the data, voice, trader voice and audio visual environments
- Travel to offsite datacentres in Geneva and to offices and homes in Switzerland or abroad.
In order to be considered for this role, you will require the following:
• Experience of supporting multi-site Cisco hardware
• Experience of supporting Cisco voice systems
• Troubleshooting of network connectivity issues
• Work well under pressure and teamwork
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent level certification
• Solid theoretical and practical understanding of TCP/IP OSI Model
• Fluent in English and French
