Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve problems with professionalism and diplomacy
• Analyze client requests to determine their needs and requirements
• Engineer solutions to meet all SLA's and client expectations
• Resolve problems and manage workload through frequent interruptions and changing priorities while meeting specific deadlines and balancing the needs of all clients
Principal Accountabilities:

• Maintain production hosted environments utilizing established processes and procedures
• Maintain the highest levels of application and system availability
• Drive project initiatives, enhancements and integration while performing day to day tasks
• Carry an on call phone on a weekly rotation for escalation purposes
Job Requirements:

• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure while working with internal teams and clients
• 5 years’ of active directory experience
• Bachelor’s in CS or CSI, or related field
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft environments, Windows 2000, Windows 2003, and 2008 Server
• MCSE 2003/2008 is preferred
• Experience in migrating AD domains from Windows 2003 Server to Windows 2008 Server
• Thorough understanding and experience in supporting roaming profiles
• Experience designing and configuring Microsoft Active Directory Organizational Units and Group Policy Objects
• Experience with Storage Resource Management (SRM) tools, Hierarchical Storage
• Management (HSM) tools, Data Lifecycle Management, and Network Attached Storage (NAS) would be a plus
• Experience designing and supporting enterprise-level application implementations
• Experience in server hardware and software configuration and support
• Working knowledge of routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers within the context of an Enterprise environment
• Working knowledge of various storage solutions is preferred
• Working knowledge of Cisco SAN Switches if a plus
• Knowledge and experience with various versions of Citrix technologies is preferred
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills a must
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Summary:

• Responsible for supporting thousands of users in a Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory domain across multiple Data Centers in a 24x7 fast paced environment
• Will provide escalation support to Helpdesk and Systems Administrators
• Will work with Storage Engineers on storage allocation and troubleshooting issues
• Must have experience with a wide range of enterprise hardware and software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
