We are seeking a Network Engineer to join our Global Infrastructure Team responsible for defining the architecture and engineering solutions in support of all business unit network infrastructure and systems services. This position requires strong capabilities to drive the technical direction for multi-disciplined technical teams deploying and supporting network services systems, including but not limited to routers, switches, load balancers, firewalls, VoIP, proxy servers, remote access devices, Windows, RedHat, Suse, VMware, DNS servers, FTP servers, NTP servers, SIP services, traditional PBX services, and authentication systems.

 

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

·         Knowledge and experience with Leading Edge Network Infrastructure Services, Technologies and Best-In-Class Engineering Practices

·         Experience with network design and implementation

·         Microsoft Windows NT, 2000 2003, 2008. Current MCSE status would be a plus.

·         RedHat and Suse Linux. Current RHCE status would be a plus.

·         Microsoft Technologies such as IIS, SQL Server 7 2000, MS Exchange, MS Terminal Services

·         Citrix Metaframe VMware

·         Understanding of protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP and SNMP

·         Hands on experience with HP-Compaq DL series servers.

·         Knowledge of TCP/IP networking; data communications, network infrastructure and operating systems, DNS network/internet protocols (SMTP, HTTP, SNMP, Windows Domain services)

·         Knowledge of LAN/WAN architectures (such as Frame Relay, MPLS, VPN, T1, T3) and protocols (such as BGP, RIP, OSPF, HSRP) and technologies
