Network Management – AVP recruitment
Leading Investment Bank is looking for a talented individual at AVP level to join their global Network Management team that sits within Operations to manage the relationships with external agent banks/clearing providers.
This wide ranging Network Management role will require you to manage, grow and maintain relationships with agent banks. You will act as the central point for opening external securities and cash accounts to facilitate settlement and funding requirements while ensuring documentation is reviewed and executed correctly. You will assist with fee reviews, analysis, negotiations, due diligence and RFP exercises. To be successful you must establish strong internal relationships with various internal infrastructure areas. To qualify, the individuals must possess:
• Proven ability to develop effective work relationships with both senior internal clients as well as external parties
• Securities Industry experience
• It is essential to have previous experience in either:
o Network Management role (or equivalent)
o Treasury/Liquidity/Funding Operations
o Custodian Services
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Experience in a documentation focused role
• Strong IT skills including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Degree in a Business or Finance related discipline
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential, Mandarin would be an advantage
• Enthusiastic team player with positive attitude
• Candidates must be able to demonstrate stability and progression in their career to date
