Network Management Manager VP (Cash, Collateral and Liquidity Operations)
A Tier 1 Investment bank is looking for a Vice President in Network Management for in their Cash, Collateral and Liquidity Operations. The functions of this group are to provide Middle Office support to, Funding and Cash Management, Intraday Liquidity Management, Tri-party financing, Network and Vendor Management, Cost of Income Management, Analytics and Optimisation, Reporting, Change Management and Risk and Control.
This team undergoing major transformation and growth and we are looking for a suitable candidate to help develop and enhance the services and processes we currently manage.
Role
- Support the Cash, Collateral and Liquidity function (CCL)
- Account Management by facilitating and controlling of account openings with their External Agent Bank Network, as required by the business
- Regular meeting with Agent Banks and support new business and market assess
- Standard documentation and contract negotiation / execution
- Work with our Agents to learn more about markets and industry developments, and disseminate any information as appropriate
- Relationship Management of key accounts by conducting regular Due Diligence reviews
- Act as escalation contact, ensure all Agent issues are documented, and followed through to resolution
Qualifications
- Strong Control and Risk experience
- Previous high standard Network management experience
- Competent understanding of CASS, and other applicable regulatory requirements including jurisdictional differences
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
